The Best Gluten Free Cookies
The other day, I made these gluten free cookies for my girlfriend. I used the recipe from the Photo Cook Book iPad App and altered it to to exclude gluten. I’ve been looking for a good cookie recipe that translates well with gluten free ingredients and I think I’ve finally found it. Kefalonia
Last month I went to a Greek island called Kefalonia on holiday. I took lots of photos while I was there and I’ve turned some of my favorites into wallpapers.
We stayed in a village called Agia Effimia, this is the view from the harbour.

I’m pretty sure I’ve found the best beef burger recipe this week, they’re easy to cook and they taste yummy!

Walk through Longshaw Estate
Last weekend me and @yourfriendkyle went for another walk into Derbyshire and this time, we decided to go into the Longshaw Estate. The Best Chilli Beef Ramen
I love ramen, and especially love this recipe. Its easy to make and tastes yummy!
The Stock (Cheat stock but still tastes yummy!)
2 good-quality chicken stock cubes
500g uncooked chicken wings
1 leek, finely chopped
1 carrot, finely chopped
